When Carrie and Kevin reached out to me to capture baby Ethan’s first days at home for a Greenville newborn session, I was ecstatic!!!! To be asked into the home with new parents and their baby is such an honor. And to be able to tell that story is something that I would never take lightly.

So there I was, 9 am with donuts in hand… because if I am coming to your home before noon donuts are a must for everyone involved. Baby Ethan was already napping in his swing at 9 days old. Mom and dad were bursting with joy and love for the most precious gift they had ever received!

We spent the next two hours taking quiet portraits, because you do not wake a sleeping baby. I also got to spend time with their other two babies, Scout and Ranger. Who unlike us with our donuts, would sit on command for carrots… carrots!!! I got to explore Ethan’s new bedroom with baby quantum physics books on the shelf and Auburn footballs on the table. Everything was decorated with such care and love. Ethan is a baby boy who’s childhood will be filled with so much love with parents like Carrie and Kevin.
