Jen & Jason’s Engagement Session
When Jen and Jason were having a hard time picking locations, I said why don’t we do both! I am so glad I suggested both, because exploring Hampton Park and the beach with these two was an amazing way to spend a Saturday! The beauty of the blooms in Hampton park and the simplicity of the beach were the perfect backdrop for this engagement session.
Jen and Jason told me all about how Jason proposed. Jason planned to propose to Jen with a hot air balloon in Florida. Jason was living in Florida at the time and flew Jen down for the proposal. Unfortunately weather changed his balloon plan. However, Jason recovered quickly and made the proposal happen on the beach in Florida. Including having a guy on the beach capture it all on their iphone! I love when people get brought into a moment unsuspectingly and end up being apart of a story that will be told to their children and grandchildren. So to end our session at the beach seemed so fitting for their story!
Jen and Jason make me so thankful for clients who literally feel like longtime friends. Being able to get to know them more, just made me want to spend so much more time with them. I can not wait for their May wedding at Island House on Johns Island. I have yet to shoot there, and can not wait to capture their big day at such a beautiful venue! Jen and Jason, I will see you both so soon! I can not wait to give you both the biggest hugs and help to make your day the best day ever!!
XO Natasha
