Laura & Justin | A Picturesque Pepper Plantation Wedding

[dropcap]W[/dropcap]hen I first met Laura and Justin at their engagement session, I kept joking with them that they couldn’t be cute until I was ready with my camera. Because they kept stealing kisses and sweet smiles in between locations!! And when Justin literally smiled from ear to ear when I complimented him on his ring choice, I just saw a man so in love that he couldn’t contain it.

The first time Laura met Justin, she walked into the athletic department at the school Justin worked at, and heard him scolding someone in his Southern accent. She told her friends that she would become Mrs Clinkscales one day. And boy was she right! When I arrived at Pepper Plantation on Saturday, Laura and Justin were so calm and excited for the day! As rain started to come down, you would think that Laura and Justin would panic. But they didn’t! They were ok with doing whatever needed to be done as long as they became Mr and Mrs Clinkscales.

As fate would have it, minutes before their ceremony was supposed to start the rain stopped. I watched Justin as Laura entered the steps and he took a deep breath, followed by the biggest smile! Friends and family looked on as these two said their vows and made Laura’s premonition a reality!

During toasts, we listened as Laura’s sister, Dana, told us about their relationship. Laura was her real life baby doll that she was so excited to get. She would make her sister’s hair into milk mohawks as a baby! And there was not a dry eye in the house as Dana told Laura how much she looks up to her!

It’s not often that you meet friends and family like Laura and Justin’s! Each and every one of their guests made me feel like family! I was so sad to see their night come to an end. However, I am so excited for their future! Laura and Justin, you have a one of a kind love! Continue to have fun together, laugh, and make each other smile!
