Third time’s the charm!!!

The Sea Pines Resort wedding celebration for Blair and Charlie was a long time coming y’all!! Last year, these two had to move their wedding day twice. But let me tell you that the saying rings true that the third time really is the charm!

I have spent the last almost 2 years getting to know Blair and Charlie, and let me tell you, there is NO place I would have rather been on their wedding day than by their sides. They are not just a couple to me, they are my friends. And to see their dream day finally come true, my heart just exploded for them.

18th Lawn of Harbour Town Golf Links

Blair and Charlie met in Hilton Head over six years ago. Even though they now live in Charleston, they knew they had to return to Hilton Head where it all started. The lovely Sea Pines Resort was just the spot! They exchanged their vows and became husband and wife on the 18th Lawn of Harbour Town Golf Links. What a picturesque setting it was!

Everyone had a relaxing afternoon getting ready! Laughter filled the rooms and you could feel the love and support all around Blair and Charlie. First looks are so emotional and I think I tear up at every single one of them. Blair had a first look reveal with her bridesmaids and her father before we captured her beauty in a few bridal portraits. The bride and groom chose not to see each other before the ceremony, so we created some special moments of their loved ones separately.

There were so many heartfelt moments during this ceremony! Charlie shed a tear when he saw the love of his life walk down the aisle. It was the most beautiful, intimate moment!

After they said “I do”, I whisked Blair and Charlie away for their first portraits as husband and wife. There were so many stunning places on the grounds of the Sea Pines Resort. This was a special time for them to reflect on their love for one another and share those first moments as a married couple.

The Champions Ball Room Reception

Blair and Charlie planned the most grand and elegant reception in the Champions Ball Room for this Sea Pines Resort wedding. No detail was left undone!

Although 2020 was not what Blair and Charlie expected, they handled EVERY curve ball with grace, love and understanding. This wedding day was the celebration of all celebrations. The amount of love that was spoken by every person about Blair and Charlie by their friends and family was a testament to the core of their hearts. This reception was filled with a vibrant energy, just like their love for each other.

 

 

 

I don’t know what I did to get the honor of being the one to stand by their sides on their wedding day, but I feel so blessed to have been an honorary guest. Blair and Charlie, I love y’all!
