Anytime I am shooting in September, I have two hopes!!! One that it will not rain, and two that it will be cooler than 90 degrees!! And this downtown Charleston session was the first glimpse of Fall that we have had. It was gorgeous out and then Niza and Jay showed up and I wanted to do a happy dance right there on Meeting Street! Niza and Jay greeted me smiling from ear to ear and looking way more fashionable than I could ever hope to look.

Niza and Jay drove in from their home in Charlotte for their session!! It happened to be Niza’s 30th birthday and I was determined that we were going to see the city all while getting to know each other. Niza and Jay have this sweet way of making each other smile, the kind of smile that makes their eyes squint in the corners. They twirled in front of historic homes, snuggled on marble staircases and just looked more fabulous with each outfit change!!

Niza and Jay, I can not tell y’all how much I enjoyed our short time together! I left feeling like we were old friends and I hope that y’all had the best time running around Charleston with me!!
