Kayla & Thinh | A Charleston Engagement Session

[dropcap]K[/dropcap]ayla and Thinh’s Charleston engagement session was everything that I hoped it would be for them. We were originally supposed to meet up in the Spring, but with Covid-19, we rescheduled to this summer. Well Charleston summers have a tendency to bring a lot of rain in the afternoon. So finally getting a night that was gorgeous was just what I prayed for with their session! ayla and Thinh’s engagement session in Downtown Charleston was everything that I hoped it would be for them. We were originally supposed to meet up in the Spring, but with Covid-19, we rescheduled to this summer.

Kayla spent her day at Pampered & Pretty getting her hair and makeup trial, and showed up to their engagement session looking so gorgeous! And Thinh decided to wear his dress whites as his is serving in the United States Navy! I definitely was getting Officer and Gentleman vibes from these two twirling in front of the Mills House Hotel! We even had a typical Charleston photobomb with a horse and carriage!!

Kayla and Thinh are high school sweethearts from Michigan!! Kayla has a love for Disney World, much like myself, and decided to apply for their student work program. She spent a semester in Disney World during college and Thinh joined the Navy. And two years ago, right before their 10 year anniversary together, Thinh proposed to Kayla in Disney World!!

These two are getting married this November in Charleston! We will be creating magic under Spanish Moss covered at The Eternal Father of the Seas Chapel. And dancing the night away in the heart of downtown Charleston at Merchants Hall! I am counting down the days until they get to say “I Do”!
