A Charleston Micro Wedding

A Charleston Micro Wedding at The River House Lowndes Grove is nothing less than beautiful! When Raegan first contacted me saying she found me on Tik Tok, I just knew this was a match made in heaven! I was so honored she and Cullen chose me to be their Charleston wedding photographer. These two have been such a dream to work with!!

The River House Lowndes Grove

A Charleston Micro Wedding is becoming more popular. Let me just say that The River House Lowndes Grove is the most magical wedding venue!  This intimate outdoor ceremony space is nestled between the Ashley river front and gorgeous live oak trees. It is the most romantic of settings. My jaw dropped when I saw the white florals by Tupelo Honey flowing up the trunk of this century old tree.

 

It’s All in the Details

So many unique details that reflected Raegan and Cullen were sprinkled throughout this wedding day! The Save the Date card and invitation suite were truly a work of art. The soft, pale blue colors were so pretty! Included  was a drawing of their adorable pup, Karo, and a drawing of the venue.

Raegan was a vision in white in her stunning wedding gown. An all-white bouquet mixed with Anemones and flowing blue ribbon was both elegant and romantic. Cullen was dashing in his blue suit decorated with a checkered tie.

 

 

 Outdoor Ceremony 

 The sweetest Charleston micro wedding ceremony took place outside on The River House Lowndes Grove lawn overlooking the waterfront. With violins strumming and their closest family and friends looking on, Raegan walked down the aisle to the man of her dreams.  After they said, “I do”, we walked the grounds for portraits as husband and wife. 

 

The Reception Details

The reception space was breathtaking! No detail was left undone. A plush, gray couch and chairs across the lawn made for the perfect cocktail hour.  The tablescapes were simply exquisite with pale blue linens mixed with white floral centerpieces and candles.

 

After the ceremony, the newlyweds were whisked away for their first portraits as a married couple.  I love this sweet time with my couples!!! After dinner was served and the cake was cut, Raegan and Cullen danced the night away with their guests. The entire day was magical!

 

 

Congratulations, Raegan and Cullen!  Thank you again for choosing me to be your girl!  I have loved being able to walk this journey with you both!
